How long should I allow for my order ?
Starting early is crucial, make sure you get a copy of our FREE ebook “Planning Leavers like a Pro”. This will give you tips about how to save time and get the garment you want. Remember you need time: 1. to design your unique garment. 2. to get everyone to agree. 3. to get everyone to pay. 4. then you can finalise your order. Once you place your finalised order with us, allow for 8 weeks manufacturing plus 3-4 weeks freight. This is will be a unique and complex garment, not some off-the-shelf fleecy top with a logo on it. Our minimum order quantity is only 25 pieces for the first run of your design. Contact us if you have a special request less than 25 units. Email: customerservice@ekwear.com.au
We will always do a special repeat order for you of the bulk production garment. We understand that there are always new students who also want to have the same Leavers garment like everyone else. We can make a small minimum order of only 8 pieces for your group with a small surcharge. For any special requests or exceptions, please contact us at customerservice@ekwear.com.au

YES INDEED. EKWear offers a free, no-obligation sample of your design. It will be delivered within 4 weeks, and there’s no commitment to place an order with us. If the sample doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re free to walk away with no further obligation.

You can make changes to the design before production begins. We recommend ordering the sample early so you can display it at your school, helping to encourage students to submit their payments and nickname choices so that ordering can start.
